मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती राधा रतूड़ी ने सचिवालय में नाबार्ड की आरआईडीएफ (ग्रामीण अवसंरचना विकास निधि) पर उच्चाधिकार प्राप्त समिति (एचपीसी) की बैठक की अध्यक्षता की। इस दौरान मुख्य सचिव ने नाबार्ड को प्रस्तावों की स्वीकृति में तेजी लाने के भी निर्देश दिए।
