उत्तराखण्ड के लोक पर्व हरेला के अवसर पर मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती राधा रतूड़ी ने देहरादून के भागीरथपुरम में एमडीडीए द्वारा आयोजित कार्यक्रम में पौधरोपण किया। मुख्य सचिव ने अमलतास का पौधा रोपा। इस अवसर पर हरेला पर्व की शुभकामनाएं देते हुए मुख्य सचिव ने प्रदेशवासियों से विशेषकर युवाओं से पौधरोपण की अपील की है।

On the occasion of Uttarakhand's folk festival Harela, Chief Secretary Mrs. Radha Raturi planted a sapling in a program organized by MDDA in Bhagirathpuram, Dehradun. The CS planted a sapling of golden shower tree. On this occasion, while extending her best wishes for Harela festival, the CS appealed to the people of the state, especially the youth, to plant saplings.
