मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती राधा रतूड़ी ने नैनीताल के कालाढूंगी के तहत पनचक्की चौराहे से कमलुवागांजा तक 8.2 कि0मी0 लम्बी नहर कवरिंग के निर्माण के प्रस्ताव को सचिवालय में आयोजित व्यय वित्त समिति की बैठक में अनुमोदन दिया। मुख्य सचिव ने इस योजना के निर्माण की गुणवत्ता बनाए रखते हुए समयबद्धता से पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए।

Chief Secretary Mrs. Radha Raturi approved the proposal for construction of 8.2 km long canal covering from Panchakkki Square to Kamaluwaganja under Kaladhungi of Nainital in the meeting of Expenditure Finance Committee held in the Secretariat. CS directed to complete this scheme in a time bound manner while maintaining the quality of construction.
