मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती राधा रतूड़ी ने सचिवालय में टिहरी झील विकास परियोजना पर सतत्, समावेशी तथा जलवायु अनुकूल पर्यटन विकास से सम्बन्धित द्वितीय उच्चाधिकार प्राप्त समिति (एचपीसी) बैठक के दौरान निर्देश दिए कि इस प्रोजेक्ट के तहत स्थानीय लोगों को विकास का भागीदार बनाते हुए टिहरी को एक ब्राण्ड पर्यटन गंतव्य के रूप में विकसित किया जाना चाहिए।

Chief Secretary Smt. Radha Raturi, during the second High Powered Committee (HPC) meeting related to sustainable, inclusive and climate-friendly tourism development on Tehri Lake Development Project at the Secretariat, directed that Tehri should be developed as a brand tourist destination by making the local people partners in the development under this project.
