मुख्य सचिव डॉ0 एस.एस. संधु ने बीते दिन सचिवालय में इको पार्क के सम्बन्ध में जिलाधिकारियों एवं डीएफओ के साथ वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से बैठक ली। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश का अधिकतम भू-भाग वन क्षेत्र होने के कारण यह प्रदेश की आर्थिकी में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा सकता है। हमें इकोलॉजी का ध्यान रखते हुए प्रदेश के लोगों को रोजगार भी उपलब्ध कराना है।

Chief Secretary Dr. S.S. Sandhu held a meeting with District Magistrates and DFO through video conferencing in the Secretariat yesterday regarding Eco Park. He said that since most of the state's land area is forest area, it can play an important role in the economy of the state. Keeping in mind the ecology, we also have to employ the people of the state.
