मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती राधा रतूड़ी ने बीते दिन सचिवालय में महिला सशक्तिकरण एवं बाल विकास विभाग के तहत उत्तराखण्ड महिला एवं बाल विकास समिति की महासभा की वार्षिक बैठक ली। मुख्य सचिव ने योजनाओं के लक्षित वर्ग पर पड़ने वाले प्रभाव के आधार पर योजनाओं की गुणवत्ता में सुधार करते हुए रिमाॅडयूलेशन के निर्देश दिए।
