मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती राधा रतूड़ी ने उत्तराखण्ड सचिवालय के सभी अधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारियों को निर्देश दिए हैं कि ई-ऑफिस पोर्टल पर फाइलों की समीक्षा, प्रसंस्करण एवं संचरण को शीर्ष प्राथमिकता देते हुए फाइलों का त्वरित निस्तारण सुनिश्चित किया जाय। सीएस ने कहा है कि पत्रावलियों के लंबित रहने की प्रथा किसी भी विभाग/संस्था के कुशल संचालन को प्रभावित करती है एवं जनहित से संबंधित कार्यों में विलम्ब होता है।

मुख्य सचिव ने ई-ऑफिस के संबंध में अधिकारियों को दिये निर्देश

Chief Secretary Mrs. Radha Raturi has directed all the officers and employees of the Uttarakhand Secretariat to ensure prompt disposal of files by giving top priority to the review, processing and transmission of files on the e-office portal. CS said that the practice of keeping files pending affects the efficient functioning of any department/institution and causes delay in works related to public interest.
