मुख्य सचिव डॉ एस.एस. संधू ने औली पहुँचकर स्थलीय तथा हवाई निरीक्षण किया और संबधित अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक की। पत्रकार वार्ता में उन्होंने कहा कि औली को वर्ल्ड क्लास टूरिज्म डेस्टिनेशन के रूप में तैयार किया जा रहा है जिसके लिए मास्टर प्लान लगभग अंतिम चरणों में है। मुख्य सचिव ने यात्रा को लेकर खुशी जाहिर करते हुए कहा कि इस वर्ष रिकॉर्ड श्रद्धालु पहुँच रहे हैं जिससे हमारे स्थानीय व्यापारियों को अच्छी आय प्राप्त होगी।

Chief Secretary Dr. S.S. Sandhu reached Auli and conducted on-site and aerial inspections and held a meeting with the officials concerned. In the press conference, he said that Auli is being prepared as a world-class tourism destination, for which the master plan is almost in the final stages. Expressing happiness about the yatra, the Chief Secretary said that this year a record number of devotees are reaching, due to which our local traders will get good income.
