मुख्य सचिव डॉ. एस.एस. संधु ने बीते दिन सचिवालय में सीएम हेल्पलाइन के अंतर्गत शिकायतों के निस्तारण के सम्बन्ध में अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक की। मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि जब तक शिकायतकर्ता संतुष्ट नहीं हो जाता, शिकायत को निस्तारित नहीं माना जाएगा। मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि अधिकारी यह भी देखना सुनिश्चित करें कि किस प्रकार की शिकायतें लगातार आ रही हैं।
