मुख्य सचिव डॉ0 एस.एस. संधु ने बीते दिन सचिवालय में अधिकारियों के साथ ‘कैच दि रेन’ योजना के सम्बन्ध में बैठक लेते हुए अधिकारियों को मानसून सीजन के अगले तीन माह के लिए सम्बन्धित विभागों को टारगेट निर्धारित किए जाने के निर्देश दिए। मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि अगले सीजन के लिए भी कार्ययोजना इसी वर्ष तैयार कर ली जाए।

Taking a meeting with the officers in the Secretariat on the last day regarding the 'Catch the Rain' scheme, Chief Secretary Dr. S.S. Sandhu directed the officers to set targets for the concerned departments for the next three months of the monsoon season. The Chief Secretary said that the action plan for the next season should be prepared this year itself.
