Chief Secretary Dr. S. S. Sandhu reviewed the progress of the aspirational districts Haridwar and Udham Singh Nagar at the Secretariat on the previous day.

The Chief Secretary directed the officers to continuously monitor the problems related to education, health, women, and child development in the districts. He stressed upon the District Magistrates to pay special attention to the nutrition of vulnerable children and said that proper arrangements should be made for Anganwadi centers, and proper arrangement of electricity, water, and toilets should be ensured in schools and Anganwadi centers.
