मुख्य सचिव डॉ. एस. एस.संधु ने बीते दिन सचिवालय में प्रधानमंत्री स्वनिधि योजना के अंतर्गत लाभार्थियों से मुलाकात कर योजना के सम्बन्ध में चर्चा की एवं उनके अनुभवों की जानकारी ली। इस दौरान उन्होंने लाभार्थियों से योजना में सुधार किए जाने हेतु सुझाव भी मांगे। मुख्य सचिव ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवेदकों के वेरिफिकेशन की प्रक्रिया को प्रत्येक स्तर पर सरल और छोटा किए जाने के निर्देश दिए।

Chief Secretary Dr. S. S. Sandhu met the beneficiaries under Prime Minister Swanidhi Yojna in the Secretariat yesterday and discussed the scheme and learned about their experiences. During this time, he also asked the beneficiaries for suggestions on improving the scheme. The Chief Secretary instructed the concerned authorities to simplify and shorten the verification process of applicants at each level.
