मुख्य सचिव डॉ. एस. एस. संधु ने बीते दिन सचिवालय में श्री भूपाल सिंह मनराल को उत्तराखण्ड सेवा के अधिकार आयोग के आयुक्त के रूप में शपथ दिलाई। इस अवसर पर अपर मुख्य सचिव श्री आनन्द वर्द्धन एवं सचिव श्री शैलेश बगोली भी उपस्थित रहे।

Chief Secretary Dr. S. S. Sandhu administered oath to Mr. Bhupal Singh Manral as the commissioner of the Uttarakhand Right to Service Commission at the Secretariat on the previous day. Upper Chief Secretary Shri Anand Vardhan and Secretary Shri Shailesh Bagoli were also present on this occasion.
