Chief Minister Dhami targeted Harish Rawat

Talking to the media, CM Dhami said about the results of the elections that BJP is completely confident about the victory. Targeting the allegations leveled by the Congress in the postal ballot, he said that the Congress has already conceded defeat before the counting of votes and hence they are making excuses before the result.
