आगामी लोकसभा चुनावों में मतदान हेतु प्रचार-प्रसार एवं सोशल मीडिया तंत्र को मजबूत किए जाने के संबंध में मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी डॉ0 बी.वी.आर.सी पुरुषोत्तम ने सभी जनपदों की वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से समीक्षा बैठक ली। मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी डॉ0 पुरुषोत्तम ने कहा कि आगामी चुनाव में सोशल मीडिया का विशेष महत्व है, सोशल मीडिया प्रचार-प्रसार का व्यापक साधन है जिसमें मतदाता जागरूकता एवं स्वीप गतिविधियों के लिए उपयोग किया जा सकता है।
