मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी बी.वी.आर.सी. पुरूषोत्तम ने डॉ0 एपीजे अब्दुल कलाम सभागार पहुंचकर नैनीताल-ऊधम सिंह नगर लोकसभा सामान्य निर्वाचन-2024 को स्वतंत्र, निष्पक्ष, पारदर्शिता से सम्पन्न कराने हेतु चल रही प्रारम्भिक तैयारियों की समीक्षा की। मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने समीक्षा के दौरान निर्देशित करते हुए कहा कि जनपद में स्वीप कार्यक्रम को और अधिक प्रभावी बनाते हुए आगामी लोकसभा सामान्य निर्वाचन में जनपद में 85 प्रतिशत मतदान का लक्ष्य रखा जाए।

Chief Electoral Officer B.V.R.C. Purushottam reached Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Auditorium and reviewed the ongoing preliminary preparations to conduct the Nainital-Udham Singh Nagar Lok Sabha General Election-2024 in a free, fair, and transparent manner. The Chief Electoral Officer directed during the review that to make the sweep program more effective in the district, a target of 85 percent voting should be set in the upcoming Lok Sabha general elections.
