Chief Electoral Officer reviewed election preparations

Chief Electoral Officer Dr. B.V.R.C. Purushottam reviewed the election preparations with all the Assistant Returning Officers and Nodal Officers appointed for the elections in Chamoli district in a meeting held in Karnaprayag. Making the SWEEP program more effective, the Chief Electoral Officer gave instructions to increase the voting percentage in the district in the upcoming Lok Sabha general elections and to contact the migrant voters and invite them to vote at their booths.
