खबर के अनुसार, उत्तराखंड में ठंड के बीच बर्फबारी और बारिश को लेकर 5 जिलों में येलो अलर्ट जारी किया गया है। बताया गया है कि ऊंचाई वाले इलाकों में बर्फबारी की संभावना जताई गई है, जिससे तापमान और गिर सकता है और मैदानी क्षेत्रों में ठंड व कोहरा बढ़ सकता है।
