Chances of rain and snowfall in the hills of Uttarakhand

According to the Meteorological Department, the spell of dry cold will continue in Uttarakhand for now. It has been stated that between 4 and 7 Dec, there is a possibility of light rain & snowfall in higher altitude areas such as Uttarkashi, Chamoli, Pithoragarh, Rudraprayag and Bageshwar, while the weather in the plains will remain dry.
