मुंबई से श्री हरि दर्शन को आए ज्योति रतनानी के पति हंसमुख रतनानी मंदिर दर्शन के दौरान भीड़ में कहीं खो गए थे। परेशान होकर ज्योति जी द्वारा सीसीटीवी कंट्रोल रूम बद्रीनाथ में आकर इसकी सूचना दी। तत्तकाल कार्यवाही करते हुए सीसीटीवी फुटेज खंगाले गए और लाउडहेलर से अनाउंसमेंट कराया गया। पुलिसकर्मियों  के अथक प्रयासों के बाद ज्योति जी के पति हंसमुख रतनानी को ढ़ूँढ़ लिया गया। एक दूसरे को वापस पाकर रतनानी दम्पति बहुत प्रसन्न हुए, उनके द्वारा चमोली पुलिस का धन्यवाद किया गया।

Jyoti Ratnani's husband Hasmukh Ratnani, who came to Shri Hari Darshan from Mumbai, was lost somewhere in the crowd during temple darshan. Disturbed, Jyoti Ji came to the CCTV control room in Badrinath and informed about it. Taking immediate action, CCTV footage was scanned and the announcement was made through a loudhailer. After the tireless efforts of the policemen, Jyoti Ji's husband Hasmukh Ratnani was traced. Ratnani couple was very happy to get each other back, they thanked the Chamoli police.
