दिनांक 21.05.2022 को राजकीय इंटर कॉलेज माणा घिंघराण की छात्राओं को आत्मरक्षा प्रशिक्षण दिया गया, जिसमें छात्राओं को आत्मरक्षा के गुर सिखाकर उन्हें आत्मरक्षा हेतु सुदृढ़ करते हुये प्रगति के पथ पर निडर होकर अग्रसर होने हेतु सक्षम बनाया जा रहा है, जिससे जनपद की सैकड़ों छात्रायें लाभान्वित हो रही है। उक्त प्रशिक्षण में छात्राओं को पंच बांधना, शरीर की कमजोर कड़ी पर वार करना, किसी भी पकड़ से खुद को छुड़ाने के साथ पैरों पर वार करना आदि तकनीकी का प्रशिक्षण दिया गया।

चमोली पुलिस द्वारा विद्यालयों में आत्मरक्षा प्रशिक्षण शिविर का आयोजन जारी 

Self-defense training was imparted to the girl students of Government Inter College Mana Ghingharan on 21.05.2022, in which girls are being strengthened for self-defense by teaching them the tricks of self-defense and making them capable to move fearlessly on the path of progress so that hundreds of people of the district Girls are getting benefitted. In the above training, the girls were given training in techniques like tying punch, attacking the weak link of the body, releasing themselves from any grip and hitting the feet, etc.
