During checking, the Pokhari Police arrested the accused Kulbir Singh, resident of village Pogtha, police station Pokhari Chamoli, age 37, from the road Pukhta Kanak Chowri near Khode Dhar with 14 bottles of English liquor and solvent whiskey.
