थाना थराली पुलिस द्वारा मुखबिर की सूचना पर चेकिंग के दौरान अभियुक्त बलबंत राम उर्फ़ राघव उर्फ़ बिल्लू पुत्र दलवीर राम निवासी रतगांव थाना थराली ज़िला चमोली उम्र 20 वर्ष को 1.030 किलोग्राम अवैध चरस के साथ गिरफ्तार किया गया। बरामद चरस की अनुमानित कीमत लगभग एक लाख तीस हजार रूपये आंकी जा रही है।

During checking by police station Tharali on the information of informer, the accused Balbant Ram alias Raghav alias Billu, son of Dalveer Ram, resident of Ratgaon police station Tharali district Chamoli, aged 20 years, was arrested with 1.030 kg of illegal marijuana. The estimated value of the recovered marijuana is estimated to be around one lakh thirty thousand rupees.
