Chamoli: Election in Devalgwad suspended due to village head candidate's demise

In Devalgwad Gram Panchayat of Tharali block in Chamoli, the election for the post of village head has been cancelled due to the sudden demise of candidate Rajendra Singh. District Election Officer Sandeep Tiwari stated that a new notification will be issued for this post, while the nominations of other candidates will remain valid.
