Chamoli DM Sandeep Tiwari held a meeting on internal security. The meeting discussed precautions to be taken during a blackout. He directed the disaster management officer to procure sirens and coordinate with the police to install them at designated locations. He also instructed officials to share the SOP and raise public awareness.
