हल्द्वानी से पिथौरागढ़ जा रही कार दन्या दोड़म के पास लगभग 50 मीटर खाई में गिर गई थी। सूचना पर थाना दन्या पुलिस टीम ने रेस्क्यू करते हुए कार के नीचे दबे घायल चालक को कड़ी मशक्कत के बाद निकालकर उनकी जान बचायी। तत्पश्चात पुलिस ने घायल को प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र धौलादेवी में उपचार हेतु भर्ती कराया।
