भवाली से हल्द्वानी की तरफ आ रही एक कार के इंजन में आग लग गई। इस दौरान वहां से जा रहे सीओ भवाली सुमित पांडेय ने कार में आग लगती देख उसे रोका और कार सवार दो युवकों को तत्काल बाहर निकाला। साथी पुलिसकर्मियों की मदद से पानी डालकर आग बुझाई और एक बड़ी अनहोनी टल गई।

The engine of a car coming from Bhawali towards Haldwani caught fire. During this, CO Bhawali Sumit Pandey, who was passing by, stopped the car after seeing it on fire and immediately took out the two youths from the car. With the help of fellow policemen, the fire was extinguished by pouring water and a major mishap was averted.
