खबर के अनुसार, नैनीताल के काठगोदाम में खेड़ा गोलपार के पास कार और पिकअप की जोरदार टक्कर में एक युवक की मौके पर ही जान चली गई, जबकि चार अन्य लोग गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए, जोकि नया साल मनाने के लिए यहां आए थे। वहीं, पुलिस ने घायलों को अस्पताल पहुंचाया और हादसे के कारणों की जांच शुरू कर दी है।

According to reports, a youth died on the spot after a car and a pickup collided near Kheda Golpar in Kathgodam, Nainital, while four others were seriously injured. The group had come there to celebrate the New Year. Meanwhile, police shifted the injured to the hospital and have started investigating the cause of the accident.
