Cabinet Minister Saurabh Bahuguna took a meeting of the Sugarcane Development Department in the presence of Chief Secretary, Uttarakhand Mr. Sukhbir Singh Sandhu, in the auditorium located at Dehradun Secretariat, in which along with taking information about the progress of sugar mills, problems were discussed.
