कैबिनेट मंत्री रेखा आर्य ने देहरादून के प्रेमनगर दशहरा ग्राउंड में 292 लाख रुपये की लागत से बने नवनिर्मित मिनी स्टेडियम का लोकार्पण किया। इस मौके पर उन्होंने कहा कि पहले लोग सड़क, बिजली, पानी, अस्पताल और स्कूल की मांग करते थे, लेकिन अब खेलों के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ी है और खेल मैदानों व स्टेडियमों की मांग भी बढ़ गई है।
