बीते दिन कैबिनेट मंत्री रेखा आर्या ने उत्तराखण्ड का लोकप्रिय एवं ऐतिहासिक घुघुतिया त्यौहार और मकर संक्रांति शिशु सदन के बच्चों संग मनाया। कैबिनेट मंत्री ने  रजत जयंती खेल परिसर देहरादून में घुघुति की माला तैयार कर बच्चों को पहनायी और साथ ही बच्चों को घुघुतिया त्यौहार के ऐतिहासिक महत्व से भी परिचित कराया।

Yesterday, Cabinet Minister Rekha Arya celebrated Uttarakhand's Ghughutiya festival and Makar Sankranti with the children of Shishu Sadan. The Minister prepared garlands of Ghughutiya at the Silver Jubilee Sports Complex in Dehradun and also introduced the children to the historical importance of the Ghughutiya festival.
