Cabinet Minister Premchand Agarwal attended the program organized at Shri Bharat Mandir Inter College, Rishikesh as the chief guest. On this occasion, he inaugurated the newly constructed library building and gymnasium. He also distributed scholarships to meritorious students in the program.
