Cabinet Minister Dr Dhan Singh Rawat participated in the felicitation ceremony at Directorate General of School Education Campus, Nanurkhera Dehradun under Dettol School Hygiene Education Program. In this program, he awarded the winners of various competitions on the theme 'Health for All'.
