Cabinet Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat participated as the chief guest in the swearing-in ceremony organized at Care College of Nursing, Haridwar. In the program, he administered oath to the students of ANM, GNM and B.Sc Nursing and inspired them for public service.
