कैबिनेट मंत्री डाॅ0 धन सिंह रावत ने विश्व तम्बाकू निषेध दिवस की पूर्व संध्या पर राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन, चिकित्सा एवं परिवार कल्याण, हरिद्वार द्वारा ऋषिकुल राजकीय आयुर्वेद महाविद्यालय सभागार, हरिद्वार में आयोजित राज्य स्तरीय कार्यक्रम में बतौर मुख्य अतिथि प्रतिभाग किया। इस मौके पर उन्होंने सभी को तम्बाकू के दुष्प्रभावों के बारे में बताया और इस विषय में जागरूकता फैलाने का संकल्प दोहराया। उन्होंने सभी को तम्बाकू छोड़ने अथवा इससे दूर रहने की शपथ दिलाने के साथ इस अवसर पर वृक्षारोपण भी किया।

Cabinet Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat participated as chief guest in the state level program organized by National Health Mission, Medical and Family Welfare, Haridwar at Rishikul Government Ayurveda College Auditorium, Haridwar on the eve of World No Tobacco Day. On this occasion, he told everyone about the ill effects of tobacco and reiterated his resolve to spread awareness on this subject. Along with making everyone take oath to quit tobacco or stay away from it, he also planted trees on the occasion.
