बीते दिन कैबिनेट मंत्री डाॅ0 धन सिंह रावत ने भोपालपानी, देहरादून स्थित प्रादेशिक कैंपिंग सेंटर में भारत स्काउट एंड गाइड उत्तराखंड द्वारा आयोजित ‘पांच दिवसीय राज्य स्तरीय आपदा तैयारी कार्यक्रम’ में प्रतिभाग किया। इस कार्यक्रम में प्रदेशभर के डिग्री कॉलेजों से 41 रोवर रेंजर एवं यूनिट लीडर्स पहुंचे। इस दौरान प्रतिभागियों ने स्काउटिंग और गाइडिंग के मूल उद्देश्य के प्रति संकल्प लिया गया। इसमें चरित्र का गठन, सही स्वास्थ्य की आदतों का निर्माण, हस्तकला व कौशल विकास में पारंगत और सेवा एवं समर्पण की भावना रखना शामिल है।

Last day, Cabinet Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat participated in the 'five-day state level disaster preparedness program' organized by Bharat Scouts and Guides Uttarakhand at the regional camping center located in Bhopalpani, Dehradun. In this program, 41 Rover Rangers and Unit Leaders from degree colleges across the state reached. During this the participants took a pledge towards the basic objective of Scouting and Guiding.
