फिनलैंड भ्रमण के दौरान कैबिनेट मंत्री डाॅ0 धन सिंह रावत ने नेशनल एजुकेशन एजेंसी के निदेशक एवं अन्य अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक कर शिक्षा व्यवस्था को लेकर विभिन्न महत्वपूर्ण बिन्दुओं पर विचार-विमर्श किया। इसके उपरान्त उन्होंने विश्व की सर्वश्रेष्ठ लाइब्रेरी, ओडी लाइब्रेरी (निःशुल्क) का भ्रमण कर वहां की व्यवस्थाओं का भी अवलोकन किया।
