Bus driven under the influence, school children were onboard

In Haldwani, Uttarakhand, an ARTO team chased and stopped a suspicious bus on the Kaladhungi-Nainital route, which was carrying 45 schoolchildren and their teachers from Punjab. The driver was found to be intoxicated, after which the ARTO seized the bus, fined the driver, and suspended his license.
