ग्राम द्यांगण विकासखंड बागेश्वर में एक मकान क्षतिग्रस्त होने से उसके मलबे में दबी एक भैंस तथा उसकी थोरी का पुलिस तथा राजस्व विभाग की टीम द्वारा रेस्क्यू किया गया। दोनों पशुओं में सामान्य बाहरी खरोंचों के अतिरिक्त भैंस की थोरी में पैरों की मांसपेशियों में आंतरिक खिंचाव के कारण खड़े होने में असमर्थता पाई गई। दर्द निवारक औषधि तथा अन्य आवश्यक उपचार उपलब्ध कराने के उपरांत थोरी खड़ी हो गई है, दोनों ही पशु स्वस्थ हैं तथा चारा खाना भी प्रारंभ कर दिया है।

Due to the damage to a house in village Daygan development block Bageshwar, a buffalo and its thori were rescued by the team of police and revenue department. In addition to normal external scratches in both the animals, the inability to stand due to internal strain in the leg muscles was found in the chest of the buffalo. After providing painkillers and other necessary remedies, Thori has stood up, both the animals are healthy and have started eating fodder.
