खबर के अनुसार, देहरादून जिले के विकासनगर क्षेत्र में ढालीपुर गांव के पास 12वीं की छात्रा मनीषा तोमर की संदिग्ध परिस्थितियों में निर्मम हत्या का मामला सामने आया है। बताया गया कि वह बुधवार शाम दवा लेने विकासनगर गई थी, लेकिन रात तक घर नहीं लौटी, जिसके बाद खोजबीन के दौरान उसका शव गांव से कुछ दूर मिला। वहीं, पुलिस ने जांच तेज कर दी है।
