Brother and sister going to study tuition was hit by a dumper

At 9:30 in the morning, the brothers and sisters were going for tuition on the road leading to Puranakhatta area on Rajivnagar first car road of Bindukhatta of Lalkuna. Then the car hit a speeding dumper coming from the road area, due to which the girl Rinki and her brother Divyanshu got hit by it. The residents of the area hurriedly took her to the hospital, where the girl died, while her brother's condition is fine.
