दिनांक 23.03.2022 को ’उपनिरीक्षक खुशवंत सिंह किसी कार्य से जिला अस्पताल बागेश्वर गये थे तभी एक परिचित द्वारा बताया गया कि एक महिला अस्पताल मे भर्ती है जो काफी बीमार है, जिन्हें ओ पॉजिटिव ब्लड की आवश्यकता है।’ उक्त  सूचना प्राप्त होते ही उनके द्वारा ’मानवता का परिचय देते हुए तुरन्त जिला चिकित्सालय ब्लडबैंक में जाकर रक्तदान’ किया गया। 

कोतवाली बागेश्वर में तैनात उपनिरीक्षक द्वारा जिला अस्पताल में भर्ती एक जरूरतमंद महिला को किया गया रक्तदान 

On 23.03.2022, *Sub-Inspector Khushwant Singh had gone to District Hospital Bageshwar for some work, then an acquaintance told that a woman is admitted in the hospital who is very ill, who needs O positive blood. * As soon as the information was received, * they immediately went to the District Hospital Blood Bank and donated blood* to introduce humanity.
