While undergoing treatment for dengue in Dehradun, an old woman resident of Chamoli, her platelets reached 14000 and O positive blood was required. Constable Lalit Mohan Bisht posted at Uttarakhand Police Headquarters went and donated 1 unit of SDP to her.
