जानकारी के अनुसार, चमोली जिले के कर्णप्रयाग में अलकनंदा और पिंडर नदी के संगम पर बिखौती मेला धूमधाम से आयोजित किया गया, जिसमें स्कूली बच्चों और महिला मंगल दलों द्वारा सांस्कृतिक प्रस्तुतियां दी गईं। इस दौरान कैबिनेट मंत्री भरत चौधरी ने मेले का उद्घाटन किया और कहा कि हमारी संस्कृति और परंपराओं की छाप भी इसमें बनी रहनी चाहिए।

According to reports, the Bikhouti fair was organised with great enthusiasm at the confluence of the Alaknanda and Pindar rivers in Karnaprayag of Chamoli district, where schoolchildren and women’s groups gave cultural performances. During the event, Cabinet Minister Bharat Chaudhary inaugurated the fair.
