मूल रूप से राज्य के चमोली जिले के थराली क्षेत्र के हरमनी गांव निवासी भावना रावत का चयन उत्तराखण्ड लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा आयोजित पीसीएस 2021 परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने फलस्वरूप कार्यकारी अधिकारी जिला पंचायत के पद पर हुआ है। भावना की इस अभूतपूर्व उपलब्धि से जहां उनके परिवार में हर्षोल्लास का माहौल है वहीं उन्हें बधाई देने वालों का भी तांता लगा हुआ है।
