Ban on sale of meat & fish in open areas in Bihar

According to reports, the Bihar government has imposed a ban on the sale of meat and fish in open areas across the state. It has been stated that only licensed shopkeepers will be allowed to sell meat under prescribed rules, while strict action will be taken against those selling on roadsides or on carts.
