Ban on relieving and taking charge in education department

Recently, orders for transfer of officers, teachers and employees were issued in the education department. But now the government has put a stop to all the orders. It has been said in the order that if any personnel have joined the new place after being relieved from the transferred place, then canceling it, it has been ensured to retain them at their original posting place till further orders.
