Darban Singh son of Bhim Singh, aged 50 years, resident of village Malkha Dungarcha, district Bageshwar, was arrested from Sama Road Bharari by the Kapkot police team during peace/security arrangement duty under the police station area with 16 bottles of illegal English liquor (Bermuda Rum).
