जानकारी के अनुसार, बांग्लादेश में हिंदू समुदाय पर हमलों की घटनाएं बढ़ रही हैं। बताया गया है कि पिछले 18 दिनों में कम से कम सात हिंदुओं की हत्या की गई है। वहीं ताज़ा मामला सुमानगंज जिले का है, जहां 8 जनवरी 2026 को जॉय महापात्रो नामक युवक को पहले बुरी तरह पीटा गया, फिर ज़हर दे दिया गया, जिसके बाद इलाज के दौरान उसकी जान चली गई।

The latest case is from Sunamganj district, where on Jan 8, a youth named Joy Mahapatro was first beaten and then forcibly given poison, after which he died during treatment.
