विधानसभा अध्यक्ष श्रीमती ऋतु खण्डूरी ने उत्तराखंड विधानसभा सचिवालय, देहरादून के नव निर्मित बहुउद्देशीय भवन में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय संसदीय अध्ययन, शोध एवं प्रशिक्षण संस्थान कार्यालय का शुभारंभ किया। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने नवगठित कार्यसमिति द्वारा संस्थान के कार्य संचालन का उद्घाटन भी किया।

Assembly Speaker Smt. Ritu Khanduri inaugurated the office of the International Parliamentary Studies, Research and Training Institute in the newly constructed multipurpose building of Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly Secretariat, Dehradun. She also inaugurated the functioning of the institute by the newly formed working committee.
